About the Event
The Leadership Empowerment Summit 2026 – NGI Connect 4.0, organized by the Nehru Corporate Placement & Industry Relations (NCPIR) on 1 August 2026 at Nethaji Hall, NIET, provided faculty members with valuable insights into impactful and policy-oriented research. The session was led by Dr. Mallika Sankar, Ex-Deputy Director (Research), ICSSR, New Delhi, and Professor, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. The programme covered research funding opportunities, proposal development, priority research areas, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), research methodologies, data collection, abstract writing, and emerging interdisciplinary research opportunities, inspiring participants to adopt a research-driven approach towards contributing to academia, society, and national development.
